You want to return your product?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please use the return function in your account – click here:

1. Go to “Orders”
2. Select the order where you want to return a product.
3. Scroll down to “Shipments” and select “Add return request”
4. Select the product(s) and a reason for return.
5. Select “Send Request”

Every return request is checked manually. We will either confirm you request or get in contact with you within a few workdays.

If your request was confirmed, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions.

Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
